SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS!!!

For Years I have wanted to have my OWN Cabaret Show. Not Just ME. OTHER ACTS too. An Evening of Fine entertainment that showcases the most talented, funny, skilled, jaded, entertaining, happy, miserable, eccentric performers around!! I have met hundreds of beautiful entertainers in my 10yrs in showbusiness and learnt how the game works and who the BEST acts out there are and I have discovered acts that are so underground nobody has even heard of them yet other than a select few.

I have wanted to give the people a Cabaret Show that will ROCK so hard for years. FINALLY I have done it. The Date is set, the performers are being Confirmed as I type, the Venue is booked and the flyers/posters/website are currently being designed right now.

The FIRST EVER ‘Chris Cross Carny Cabaret’ Show will take place on THE 25th NOVEMBER 2010.

The VENUE is MADAME JOJO’s in SOHO, LONDON.

More details to be announced soon but this will be BIG. I am VERY Excited and so should you be.

Festival Season has been soooo much Fun!!

Well This year the Festival Season has been Great Fun!!

I have performed over 100 Shows in August/September for and with Tinie Tempah, Kelis, The King Blues, Echo and the Bunnymen, Gilles Peterson, Etc at Bomfest, Kendal Calling, The Big Chill, Acoustic Festival of Britain, Glastonbury, The Big Splash, Hartlepool Tall ships, and a Host of other Music Festivals aswell as multiple Arts Festivals and the Brighton & Edinburgh Fringe.

The Edinburgh Fringe was a 15night Run again at the Voodoo Rooms with Packed out crowds everynight and lots of Shocking Fun happening during the Shows!!

A Great Season Overall and Cant wait for the Festivals to start up again next year – I have BIG Plans for next Season. Oh Yes. Big Plans!! Muhahahahaha!!!!

I’ve just had an ACE week of Performing in New York Cabaret Clubs – GREAT FUN!! Did some cool fotoshoots too and met lots of Great people!

Im now in LA in Hollywood gigging and having lots of FUN!! I’ve been Checking out Charlie Chaplin, Michael Jackson, Audrey Hepburn, Etc related stuff – the missus is joining me out here today too to checkout Universal Studios and for Chill Time on Venice Beach! The Magic Castle is Awesome and Im making lots of new friends! Some more fotoshoots lined up for this week too…

Chris Cross World Touring Update!!

So far this year he was booked all of January and early Feb at ‘The World Buskers Festival’ in Christchurch, NZ (one of the most prestigious festivals of street performance in the world.) He then was booked to work the French Cabaret Clubs in Paris for most of Feb in the Valentines Season. In March he was playing the Main Cabaret Stage at the Bahrain Formula One Circuit with Timberland, Bassment Jaxx, Flo Rider, Sean Kingston, Etc. He has also just qualified to the Sem-Finals of Greece Has Got Talent TV Show in Athens! In two weeks Chris is hitting the USA with Shows in New York and LA for 3weeks.
He travels the World and has supported bands such as Pendulum, Lady Gaga, Bloc Party, Gilles Peterson, Etc.
This Summer he is already booked to appear at: Glastonbury Festival, Edinburgh/Brighton Fringe Festivals,The Big Chill Festival, The Big Splash Festival, Hard Rock Calling Festival, Bridlington Arts Festival, The Green Festival and The Cambridge Comedy Festival to name JUST a few…

Chris Cross is Representing the UK Cabaret Clubs & Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in a World Record Stunt

On Saturday the 24th October, Chris Cross will be Performing a Comedy ‘Underwater’ Escape Stunt at The Yardbirds in Grimsby during The Cat’s Pyjamas Cabaret Show. Doors at 8pm.

The Escape Stunt is part of the WEAR 2009 – The World Escape Artist Relay 2009. Chris was part of an International group of Escapologists in 2007, where fellow Escapers all accross the World organised a relay of Escape Stunts, a guy in Oz may have performed a Chain Escape after jumping from a bridge, then a guy in Canada may have got out of 200 pairs of handcuffs in 2mins, etc – In 2007 chris Performed an Upside-Down Straightjacket Escape dangling suspended from the roof of The Gate Complex in Newcastle. In 2007 the record of ‘the Largest Co-ordinated Escapology Performance’ was set and Chris is DELIGHTED to be part of this World Record Attempt once more to smash last years record!!
